Hi, I am the owner of a 1952 Ferguson TE-A20 that has no serial number on the dash. It was taken off of the tractor somewhere along the lines in the past 50 years. I did confirm the 1952 date from the right side of the hydraulic pump where the cast numbers were 5-21-2. I have a block number of of its standard motor and I was wondering if there was a way to track that motor serial number to confirm that the motor is a 1952. I'm a proud owner of the little tractor that revolutionized agriculture!!! Thanks
I bought a TO 20? last year and got it running, the serial plate has been removed; red hood and fenders, grey chasey, ground PTO, continenial engine, that I plan to restore and paint. I could send photos for someone to confirm year and model.
I also have a 135 MF (1965) gas in good runing order and Ferguson tilage implements, currently using with snow blower.
Great site.
thank's for the site. never knew what my te20 was it's a 1947 we use it bush hogging in summer and scraping snow in winter. it keeps plugging on. btw your site is in my favorites now.
I own a 1957 TO-35 Ferguson. Not as pretty as some on your site. Found your site informative and a pleasure. Hope to ask questions in the future about possibly repainting my tractor in the future. Thanks.
neat site , i have a TO 30. my first tractor. a learning experience working on it. Im appreciate the quality of old tractors , unlike the new ones now adays.
Great site folks, Greetings from a ferguson fan and owner from Ireland, i own a TE20 1953, tvo and anumber of Massey ferguson models. The ferguson 20 was widely used here and there are still many examples in existance, indeed we hold the world record for the largest number of classic and vintage tractor s working in one field, in excess of 2700! and many more turned away tru lack of space on the day, (cooley2007)
What a great web site. I am the owner of a 1956 Grey which is fitted with a cabin made by Gason's of Ararat, and it is apparently the only grey Ferguson cabin in existence made by them. the Gason cabin is fitted to many other makes of tractors such as Chamberlain, Caterpillar etc. the cabin fitted to mine was allegedly fitted to break a strike as the original drivers would not work the tractor in the wet. I have taken it to one show. I have restored over 20 of them but have only been able to keep two.
